No same-day rental. I booked six hours in advance, and the reservation went through once I landed and went to the kiosk, only to find out there was no car available because they don’t do same-day rentals.Reviewed 22 Jul 2026

The car was obviously not cleaned before hand. There was pet hair clinging to the seats and there was a rental agreement from a previous renter in the middle storage compartment. It’s probably still in there. This was never my experience before.Reviewed 10 May 2026

Overall, a good experience. The line up to get our vehicle unfortunately was 1 hour long and they placed a hold on our visa until the vehicle was returned (even though the vehicle was prepaid.). The SUV though was new and clean with no issues.Reviewed 19 Mar 2026

Ordered a compact SUV. Said none available on arrival. Instead offered a compact Mercedes sedan. Nice car, but not what I ordered. Difficult to fit two suitcases in the trunk.Reviewed 21 Jan 2026

The last couple times there in Sarasota it has take over an hour just to get your car. That’s brutal after traveling all day. But the staff are still super nice and helpful and I appreciate that.Reviewed 8 Mar 2025
