Pros: It was cheap

Cons: Upon return, they will try to find damage and charge you hundreds of euros

Pros: Received a hybrid car, which made fueling up in the midst of tanker driver strikes less difficult

Cons: We waited almost three hours to get the car, making us late for our check-in at our destination.

Cons: Waiting close to three hours to get a car is too long of a time to wait. All the other car rental agency’s had 1/5 of the line that budget had/Avis had

Cons: BEWARE, we waited for almost 3 hours to pick up our rental car!!!!!!!! A complete waste of time! I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR FROM BUDGET EVER AGAIN.

Charged 4 times the prince for automatic

Pros: Car was clean and comfy

Cons: Took 1 hour to pick up the car and only 7 people in line and 3 agents. Then charged 189 euro as opposed to the $54 because needed an automatic.

Confused

Pros: Final car of 3 which was OK.

Cons: Given wrong key to car #1, upgraded to car #2. Car #2 had low tire pressure indication, upgraded to car #3, which was OK. In each step of the process(which took better part of an hour), I had to go to a different department and to wait in another line.
