extremely bad, providing an address on their website for pick up the car that doesn't exist. No excuse, no offer to pay the additional taxi cost, no explanation, no willingness to solve the problem, no English speaking personal and even after the taxi driver tried to help in native language no action offered of the company to solve the issue.
