Quick and easy pickup and a good price for a one day, one way rental!Reviewed 5 Oct 2026

I reserved the car and made plans, and then they called me the next day (the day I needed the car) and told me they didn't have any cars.Reviewed 5 Oct 2026

The staff at the counter were helpful and friendly. The problem was the time it took from leaving the counter to picking up the car. We were in a line for 1.5hr and when we returned a week later the line looked similar again. I don't know what they're doing at LAX but they just need to look at how its done almost anywhere else in the world and do the same. Have never had to wait for a car like this before.Reviewed 4 Oct 2026

Skoda Citigo model is not available for rent for a number of years. If we knew that we wold choose a different model. Budget must take a good look on their advertising. Budget staff at Prague Central location was unhelpful, rude and completely not interested in performing their job. Especially the people in car return lot.Reviewed 4 Oct 2026

Picking up at Malaga Airport was very confusing and dropping off at Seville Train Station was also confusing. Need better signage. We called budget for directions and they were no help.Reviewed 4 Oct 2026

There was only one clerk at the desk, and she was very surly. The line of people waiting after a flight arrived should have been handled with two clerks.Reviewed 4 Oct 2026

I chose the option to have toll charges covered and paid a daily flat fee for that. After returning the car, budget kept charging my card for toll charges.Reviewed 3 Oct 2026

The wait to pick up the car was over an hour. It took so long that we rented with another car rental company.Reviewed 2 Oct 2026

The car i received (Nissan Kicks) was clean but the not sure if there was a problem with the engine as even the slightest of hills would make the engine strain. In addition, at one point, after putting the car in reverse, the car would not move at at all as if it was sin neutral. I tried many things to get it going again but finally had to turn it off and back on to be able to drive. When I visited a Budget rental store in Victoria to exchange the car with another (I had no confidence in the car), they told me they were a franchise and could not do anything about it (poor customer service?).Reviewed 2 Oct 2026
