The car was clean, comfortable, and performed well. No issues with the vehicle. Pick up could have been better. The agent working the rental counter was excellent. She was cordial and knowledgeable and processed my rental very quickly within a few minutes. However the rental counter was undermanned with that one agent working a very long line. As soon as she worked one customer, more people joined the line. The wait was over an hour.Reviewed 6 Dec 2024

Very poor- car was clearly smoked in and had expired registration. Customer service at the counter was terrible- as there was no one at budget they deferred to Avis. I have rented with other companies many times and though my credit card is in my maiden name, and my ID is in my married name, they refused to rent me the car. I called and spoke to a customer service rep and they confirmed if I showed the counter clerk my bank statement with my maiden name to prove my identity, it would be sufficient. They wouldn’t even let my father rent the car and add me as a driver as they requiered my ID and credit card. Never going through budget againReviewed 22 Oct 2024

The truck was not clean. It smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The tail gate was inoperable. A previous customer jambe it in the shut position. I did tell the attendant when I returned the vehicle. Consequently I was not able to use the truck as planed.Reviewed 9 Sept 2024
