Cons (-) The beds were very uncomfortable, no hot showers, couldn’t get the room to cool off air conditioning wasn’t working correctly .

Pros (+) The entire service staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Enrique at the bar is a great asset, and excels at taking care of the guests. Ismael at the bar is amazing also. Staff like that goes a long way in giving a guest a reason to return.

Pros (+) An amazing deal for the price - definitely do the All Inclusive. Drinks were great, food was amazing, and the beach was actually pretty quiet considering you're in Cancun. The room was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in - highly recommended!
Cons (-) Nothing! The staff was friendly, the food was good, the room was clean and wonderful. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Cancun.
