Staff was fine.The Jeep Wrangler was a nice car but in two days started overheating when I was at a traffic light or at a long stop. I had to call so I could return it.

We found food wrappers under a seat The windshield fluid was low I had to add it myself They are definitely not checking these cars before they are rented Also there was only a quarter of a tank of gas as I was pulling out of the lot I returned the car with more gas then I receive it with. This was the Lakewood rental I have used the one in Toms River other times they were 100 % better

Was unaware of pickup location due to covid but staff upgraded my vehicle at no cost which was nice.Ensure accurate directions are provided to open locations.

Monica Moore at the Tims River (Rt 37) location was very friendly and helpful!Availability if the class of vehicle I had reserved. Cleanliness of the vehicle's interior.

when picked up the car in philly on the 6th everything was great. we dropped the car off at 12:56 on the 6th in Toms River NJ. The manager said they couldn't find my information in the system but said sometimes that happens she would call Philadelphia and let them know I dropped the car off with no damage but to call philly and just confirm. Around 5pm she still had not called Philadelphia and now this has become my issue.

Pick up and drop off was easy.The car smelled of smoke and customer service was poor.

Yes.When your airline cancels your flight and you have to fly the next available one you should not be charged an extra day for showing up six hours after I was supposed to be there. There should be a little buffer for customers with valid reasons. I paid the insurance and everything.
