Pros: Did not like that I had to go to another Enterprise location to return the car. I needed a ride home and they no longer take people home after a certain distance. This has changed since November, 2017. Since the other location is actiually closer to me, I will use that one for my next rental. The customer service has always been terrific when renting a vehicle from Enterprise and will continue to use them. I rent a car once or twice a year.

Pros: The car's technology features.Cons: We wanted a mini van and instead were given a suv. Didn't have leg space for back two rows and very little storage space in back. It's meant for 5 seater, not 7.

Cons: I could’ve been provided a car with the proper amount of air in each tire. It would be nice if more than one employee was working at a time.

Pros: Staff was extremely rude and not helpful in my situation. I was unaware of a $200 hold and the need to always use a credit card and not a debit card. I don’t use credit.Cons: The situation would have been resolved if the staff had been courteous and helpful. I understand the need to use credit, but I didn’t need to be made to feel the way that I did. I will never use Hertz again!

The SUV was in perfect condition.Pros: The SUV was clean and full of gas. The people walked me thru the operation of the vehicle and reconfigured the seats for me. I had purchased insurance thru Kayak and it was accepted without question. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Hertz car rentalPros: Pick up was easy. The drop of was somewhat difficult. It was a holiday and nobody was at the counter. The main problem was lack of parking space. The exterior of the car was not very clean.Cons: Lack of parking space at the time of drop off.

Pros: Check-in and drop-off was quick and easy.Cons: I did not notice until later but one of the tires was bald and needed to be replaced. This was very dangerous. I also noticed that one of the tires had already been replaced. The other tire should have been replaced at the same time. Other than that it was a good experience. I will likely rent from them again.

Pros: Nothing! The car was never available and the location did not txt me like they said to alert me it might have been ready. The Troy location was terrible!Cons: The conscientiousness of the office staff was abhorrent. There was no attention to detail, and they did not do what was promised. As a result, I had to drive 45 minutes to the airport on Sunday afternoon to get a car there. Unacceptable!

Pros: Nothing to like.Cons: I booked a car for the next day, Monday, and when I arrived with a driver and everything, the company was closed. It was during normal operation hours, but the door was locked and no one was in sight. No one answered on any of the phone numbers. I had to rent a car somewhere else last minute.

Stopped before it started...Pros: Nothing.Cons: I never got a car. I was called the day before I left on my trip and was told they "overbooked" and they didn't have a car for me after all. I was offered a car from the airport at triple the rate. Not great service. Don't know whose fault this was (online service vs. actual rental car company) but this was a complete bust and a real slap in the face as a first time user of Kayak and this other company. Executive Rentals blamed the online service but it doesn't matter to me whose at fault. I ended up with NO CAR...
