Pick up was fast and easy. Staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The truck was clean and rode good. The only issue i do not like is the fact I am still waiting on my deposit to come back! Everywhere else i have ever got a rental from the deposit goes right back on your card soon after you drop off. It's been a few days and still no deposit! That actually worries me being this was my first time using Dollar rental. Even when I dropped off the truck the lady at the desk said she is going ahead and releasing my deposit back to me but I have not received it so where is it?? 🫤😟Reviewed 25 Jun 2025
