Completely disappointing. When I arrived at the Dollar pick up spot, there was a long line Z. People said they had been waiting for more than an hour, and still only halfway through. I walked over to Budget. There was no one in line. Rented a car in minutes and was on my way, for $80 more. Good riddance to Dollar.Reviewed 24 Feb 2026

My experience was terrible I had to carry my dog and luggage each way from CBX after waiting for nearly 30 minutes ( way slow) to be assisted by someone that was not customer service oriented didn’t speak English fluently to be told they could take my debit card!!! Although I reserved a car and checked-in prior to arriving, Dollar did not a car available when I arrived. It was a sad scene. At 1am, about a dozen customers were in the same position. No cars were available. Staff were indignant, unhelpful, and rude. I will never rent from Dollar again. I highly recommend that no one ever rent from this facility ever again.Reviewed 14 Feb 2026
