Pros:Staff friendly and helpfulCons:The Lyon drop-off address we were provided was wrong. Not slightly, completely. Entirely different block, in a garage with little-to-no signage, requiring an access code that we didn't learn about until we were able to get through on the phone, which also took some trying.
