Pros:Drop off is so easy. Pick up takes somewhat longer than expected, perhaps due to my booking was not doen directly with Hertz/thrift. They asked me to write down typical info such as address, cell number and email which was given when booking was made.Reviewed 3 Jun 2019

Cons:The drop-off was a nightmare. They insisted I had to bring back the car before 5.30 pm because I hadn’t bought extra insurance. But then the office was closed, and I had to come back the next morning... On top of it they got really rude when I complainedReviewed 31 May 2019
