Never rent from Firefly (aka Hurtz). Our total on pick up was TWICE as much as the price quoted with our reservation, and they call a Nissan Kicks (small cross over model) a full size SUV - barely fit 3 people comfortably. Two thumbs down, don’t be a sucker and rent from Firefly.Reviewed 17 Jun 2021

Pros:Nothing - the car reservation wasn’t honored - please contact me as very unhappy as had to spend an additional 200 dollars to find a car last minute. Relied on kayak to deliver but instead got the opposite - a major penalty and lots over an hour looking for a car.Reviewed 20 May 2021
