Pros:I have nothing good to say about my experience.
Cons:I reserved and paid for the car and when I got to the airport they said none were available.

Cons:Unfelt like it was a total rip off. Our rental was supposed to be 56.00 for the week but then the insurance would be 555.00 for one week! Ridiculous completely bogus! We walked out without our rental.
I waste my time
Scam, avoid They said they don’t have a car, and offered another 2000 USD more!
They had no cars available. Had to go to another agency late at night to get a car. Never again.
Pros:Yes they were. Answered all questions. Very friendly and informative.
Cons:Getting time to change wind shield wipers, probably overused thinking they were the turn signals lol.
Pros:Drop off was simple.The vehicle was fine.
Cons:I booked it under your Webb site with the no excess option. But when we picked up the car, I had to sign the contract that had a $5500.00 x/s. I was not happy, and your staff said it was not there problem as it was insured with another company, not them, but as I told them it was booked thru the Firefly web site. The manager got involved but his answer was not our problem and said give me the keys back and get a rental from another company. The final insult was when I had to pay another $200.00 just in case I didn’t fill the car upon my return. I did fill the tank on my return. I am still waiting on the 200.00 to be refunded. Overall a very disappointing and stressful experience. Mary and Dennis Hunt.
Worts rental ever when arrived they just told me they did not have any van they were just sorry even that I had my reservation they just say sorry and didn’t care. You should not recommend this company it is a shame how they do business. At the end thanks good the guys from europcar were able to help me.
Cons:After checking in with my reservation at the airport office, (I’d reserved a minivan for my family of 6) ai arrived at the lot they said they don’t have a van because it broke and won’t have another (or anything else to fit 6 people) for two days. So I walked to Hertz and got a great experience.
I'm not sure this place or this company exists. I called several numbers in an effort to confirm our reservation: all the numbers provided by Kayak, all the numbers on the Firefly website, and the resort where this location allegedly was located. They were either wrong numbers, didn't go through, or no one had heard of the place. I ended up canceling 2 days before pick up.
