There was nothing positive about this experience. They couldn’t be bothered to pretend to have customer service. The worst car rental experience. We waited for an hour at the airport trying to pick up our previously booked car. The car was dirty. The people at the counter were rude and not pleasant. The clerk at the counter lied to Me saying there were no cars available when the lot was full. Then she rented me a car with an upgrade charge for the same size vehicle that I had already reserved and pre-paid for. She charge me an extra $47, there are no cars available unless I I get up charged for the same size vehicle!!!
