I couldn’t find the location and no shuttle to the location of the car. The website description makes it seem as though it’s the airport area. It is not. Tried to call the facility but no answer. Ended up getting a rental from hertz which provides transportation to car rental area. DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDER.Reviewed 23 Apr 2024

We had to call from the airport twice to get a pickup to the rental location which was 10 minute ride . Once there we found out that they did not recognize our insurance and I had to pay $260 for insurance . This now made my rental car more expensive than what was at the airports . Drop off went smooth , but we were dropped off at the rental location other than airport drop off for the airport .Reviewed 21 Apr 2024

Very bad. We paid by card $14 for two days, but when we went to get the car they ask us to pay 7 times this price plus $150 as a deposit. Why not to tell us the truth from the beginning, so we know the exact price. I am asking for paying me back the $14.Reviewed 18 Apr 2024

Kayak did not inform me who I am getting the car rental with. When I arrived at the airport, I learnt that the "airport car rental pickup" was not at the airport but a shuttle ride away. This should have been communicated to be at the time of making the reservation. Unlike any of the other car rentals, Green Motion asked me for a very high security deposit of €2,400 for a 1 day rental. I had no option but to pay it because the booking for pre-paid. This was not a great experience and given that I had booked through Kayak, I should have been communicated this information at the time of making the reservation.Reviewed 16 Apr 2024

I was surprised after purchasing insurance through booking with Kayak (which said it was mandatory for the car selection) to be told it was not valid with green motion and that I needed to buy even more insurance. What insurance did I buy through Kayak and why was it mandatory for Kayak for me to buy their insurance when it wasn’t needed? Why was this made not more clear with booking through Kayak. Communication is poor; I didn't get unlimited mileage as indicated online, there was no mention of $1000 deposit and there is no drop off or pick up service offered. I wouldn't recommend or use again.Reviewed 31 Mar 2024

The pickup and drop off locations were incorrect and it caused us a €15 Uber ride and an hour and a half delay on our very tight time line. It made for a very stressful trip. I probably wouldn’t rent a car using this service again. The phone numbers we were given for help did not work and we had to guess the drop off location, and we made it 2 minutes before they left for the day! If we were people who were not as intelligent as ourselves we would have had to drop off the car the next day. VERY stressful experience to the start of our vacation. Additionally when we picked up the car they put us in the wrong car! And when I was driving away they came running out and had me come back and switch cars.Reviewed 28 Mar 2024
