Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly service. Many enjoyed the traditional Japanese ambiance, beautiful onsen, and stunning views of Mount Fuji. However, several reviews noted that the hotel and its rooms are dated and in need of renovation. The buffet meals received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the variety and others finding the quality lacking. Room sizes and breakfast offerings were generally satisfactory but not outstanding. Overall, the hotel provides a pleasant stay with notable strengths in location, cleanliness, and service, though some aspects could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
