I booked this through your app. TWICE. both times i received a call from the location that they do not have enough cars and were cancelling my reservation. I could never talk to a person when I did. They couldn't help me. I never picked up the car. I chose to go with somebody else Hertz sucks badly. Their website is c***, doesn't work at all. Had a problem with pick-up. Got the text of which car to grab (in a specific parking spot) and was confirmed via text and email. When we tried to leave the check out person said he had no record of my reservation and no link to that car. So, it took a very long time to depart airport.
