The room and the hotel decoration was amazing. I did not like the room entertainment was very poor. Usually you get to see movies at not extra cost, however at the Bellagio it was a charge of 12 dollar per movie. Frankly, quite disappointed. Also, the restaurants were closed at 10 or 10:30, quite early if you want a late dinner after the show. The access to the spa was also at extra charge regardless if you were having treatment or not.

I also find Bellagio size to be just right, with enough different options of things to do but not overwhelming. I also liked that they had chairs and little tables scattered all around the hotel so that you can have your drink while people watching, just like you are in a cafe. Plumbing in our bathroom was very noisy and would bother us during the night

Clean, smart, luxury hotel with a central location. Certain bar staff were uninterested in the customers they were serving, on one occasion when asked for milk for tea, swung the fridge door open at such force it swung back on himself. The drinks were thrown down instead of being placed. A level of service not commensurate with this very nice hotel.

Location was great. Decor was very modern. Hotel smelled really good throughout the day. Horribly customer service, unfriendly front desk staff. Don't expect them to accommodate your needs, even though you have prior reservations. Also, the way the floor/rooms were laid out is confusing.

The price didn't match the room, I figured the room would have been small with no amenities but it was the exact opposite. The room was large for just one person and came with refrigerator and microwave and I had a great view of the pool. It was also fairly quiet on the floor. Nothing to dislike at this time.
Looks great but a friend did wake up and realized the part of the white sheet she had been resting her face on had a big yellow stain on it. Really great staff and location but that definitely was a drawback.
The room was newly renovated beds were comfortable nice tv bathroom was nice the spa was great virtual reality game up front was fun we were in tower 3 which was kinda confusing to get to but not really a big deal after the first trip to the room.
Easy to get around to other casinos, hotels, shows, restaurants and bars. Price was very affordable for what you get. I've stayed here a few times now. Easy check in process at kiosk. Not a ton of slot machine variety. Compared to other casinos in the area, the casino floor is set up in a weird way, does t flow very well and there isn't a fun variety of machines. I soend half the night finding something I want to play. I ebs up going to other places near by instead.
Windham bugs you every time you go up to your hotel room. You had to walk past their little booth to get to the elevators but if you take that out it was perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and much larger than appears on the outside. The pool side area looks inviting and they do offer a spa/gym that looks agreeable but my visit was purely for business purposes this time and I was unable to use these amenities. I had dinner at Mon Ami Gabi and it was fabulous. Menu was fantastic, staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was all brought out as requested and very very good. Petite Suites are gorgeous with a nice meeting/sitting area and two bathrooms which was convenient and the beds were comfortable. Upon arrival there was a very long wait to get checked in and it seemed like there were more employees standing around rather than calling on guests to help them. They have "rapid" check-in machines that seem like a waste of space as I couldn't get it to work for me no matter how I tried. The first room I was checked into was a beautiful petite suite but had a rancid smell and upon calling maintenance and waiting roughly an hour they came in and told me there was a gas leak coming from the sewer due to a broken seal in the toilet that the maintenance guys were aware of and shocked they actually put somebody in the room. Instead of helping relocate me and my luggage they had me pack my bags and go back downstairs to wait some more so that I could get reassigned a room. My second room smelled equally as bad but like a children's pool that hadn't been cleaned all winter. Within 15 minutes I had a horrible headache and was back downstairs. They moved me a third time and offered me a small credit to use in one of their restaurants or spas. Although this did not make up for what I had already been put though (and the stress, anxiety, and headache I was now stuck with) I was running late to a meeting that I should have had plenty of time to prepare for so I took what I could and ran. I had my meeting at their French Bistro and it was lovely. My bill came, I charged it to my room, and retired for the night knowing I had a very long day ahead. After getting back to my room I realized they have no water located in the room. I was exhausted and the thought of going back downstairs was dreadful so I just went to sleep. Upon waking I found my bill and realized they had not removed the credit I was given for my previous days troubles. I called downstairs and they told me that the restaurant, although located at Paris, is not owned by Paris and therefore was not approved for the credit. I was told if I wanted to speak with somebody at the desk upon check out then I was more than welcome but there was nothing they could do for me. So back downstairs I went, again. After waiting a few minutes I was helped by a lovely lady who tried her best to understand the situation and show that SOMEBODY in that hotel cared at least a little. At the end of the day I got onto a flight to come home wondering if I could every come back to Paris for anything more than a restaurant that wasn't even owned/operated by the hotel. I travel to Vegas for business multiple times a month and would like to be able to say I would try this hotel again but I am extremely unsure at this time.

No free parking . Was not given the option to park for 20 mins also while I checked in. I had to drop my rental car at the airport and return in Uber. While checking out luggage services refused to get my luggage at the North End entrance which is the designated pickup spot for Uber/Lyft ( this is deliberate to force you to use cabs) . I had to carry 2 carry ons and a large check in bag from one end of the hotel to another (half a mile almost) to reach the North end . Luggage services did not provide a trolley as well. The hotel was very nice with great staff. The location on the strip is great! Food was outstanding in all of the hotel eateries. Very easy access to all of Vegas either walking the strip, seeing the Bellagio fountain show across the road, or catching a taxi to see more of Vegas. Had prepaid for our room we thought and then was stuck with an unexpected resort fee upon arrival. Prices for everything from restaurants, drinks, to gift shop items are outrageous.

Beautiful room. Comfortable stay. Able to use a kiosk to check in rather than wait in a long line to check in. Plus, we got to check in early! Being charged resort fees of over $30 per day. Pool is closed. We didn't use WiFi. What am I paying for? Plus only 1 of the 2 keys worked.
Very nice room. Night time registration staff was very friendly; day time not as much. We had to switch to another room because the first one we were in sounded like a strong breeze was constantly blowing, almost as loud as if a vacuum cleaner were right outside our door. They moved us immediately upon request.

It was comfortable, and the location was great. It was nice and comfortable, until I smelled something rancid in the bathroom. The smell was coming from one of those huge National Geographic sized cockroaches. I told the front desk but all they offered to do was clean the room . That ruined my whole stay . I paid to stay somewhere nice if I didn't mind roaches in the room I'd stay at one of the many cheap motels Vegas has to offer
The rooms are a perfect size and the hotel has fantastic if not pricey food options. Would go just for the food if I had to! Cigarette smoke in Vegas is a real issue. If you don't like your entire wardrobe smelling of cigarette smoke, I'd suggest one of the strictly non-smoking hotels.
our room was terrific, overlooking Bellagio fountains, and has a balcony, so great in the evenings. Really well appointed. The swimming pools were modest a but very accessible. Staff great. Plenty of dinning options. Not really built for gambling , but you have many choices on the strip so not really a problem

Great rooms, fully furnished apartments 80+M2, originally built to be sold but because of the property bubble now used as rooms. the hotel outlets for food and drink are very expensive and this is not a hotel for smokers.
Top shelf hotel in every sense of the word. Amongst the best Vegas has to offer, you will not be disappointed. The rooms and bathrooms are of a high quality fit and finish, the plasma tv worked flawlessly and the $15.00 per day resort fee includes the Wall Street Journal, free WI-fi, use of the gym, valet parking, in room bottled water along with coffee and tea. It's the real deal in Vegas.
Fabulous suite, very luxurious. The best mattress and pillows in a hotel ever, no noise from other guests or outside, incredible view from a wall of picture windows over the Bellagio fountains and the Strip lit up at night is spectacular. We thought it was a perfect choice for us and no negatives at all.

It was in the middle of City Center, yet it was a very quiet place, removed from the hubbub. There was no coffee or coffee maker in the room, even though it had a kitchenette.
There were no convenient arrangements for a simple cup of tea or coffee in the guest rooms which by the way is complimentary at most hotels.

Shopping, food and location. For the money I spent, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a view of something besides a rooftop and the backside of another Caesars tower. It was a very disappointing room. I'll go back to The Cosmopolitan or The Bellagio next time.

I was given a king size room even though I specifically requested a 2 queen room. I had to call several times for someone to help. I the end I had to give in to a rollaway bed as I was too tired to continue waiting.
Beautiful and fabulous casino was luxurious and over-the-top with marble and statues and the pools were awesome. I will absolutely return again.

Easy for me to charge my cell phone, Ipad I do not think, the room is vacuumed on the daily basis as I happened to see thing laying on the floor. Room Coffee is not free of charge, correct? My next trip to Las Vagas to see Mary and Dony show will be unlikely Ceasar, but I might change my mind.
Price Worn out. The facilities look used and abused. Furniture in the room is horrible. Even the pillows are exhausted. The hallways look like they have seen much better days.

The light on the bathroom didn't work. The iron didn't work. Check in time is at 1pm if not there's a early check in fee.

Good location, good pool No fan in bathroom, my AC wasn't working, I paid extra for view and got a view of back of buildings. No re refrigerator, even motel 6 has a refrigerator.
The location was nice. The hotel is attempting to use a custom scent but it smells like a bathroom deodorizer. It was disgusting. More than half of the garage is for valet only. What is available is hard to get to. Parking in the garage requires a walk through heavy traffic to get to the check in desk. The resort fee!! There is almost never a good reason for a "resort fee". The Flamingo is just an old hotel in a good location. Pretending rooms are more affordable and then tacking on a resort fee is an insult. I won't be going back to the Flamingo because of it.

There were 2 nightstand lamps, one was not working, and the other one had a light bulb hanging off the base (the socket is broken). The room was way too dark. I called house keeping to ask for an extra floor lamp and fixing the 2 night stand lamps. The did give us a floor lamp, changed the light bulb on the dead lamp, but they did not fix the one with broken socket so the light bulb was hanging on the base during out entire stay (not exceptable for such a high standard hotel !!!)
Location of the hotel... mid-strip, close to everything. We saved a lot on transportation. The rooms themselves were not up to what I expected. No coffee makers (so I'll spend $5 a cup downstairs @ Starbucks?), tiny window with "strip view", closet/tv armoire was falling apart, carpet was old, no refrigerator.
Very central & on main strip. Comfortable, pleasant with good shopping ammenities. Whilst smoking is permited in the resort, you could not smell the smoke as you walked through the casino unlike other hotels. The hotel coffee lounge provided poor service. We ordered cappuccino's to receive a very small tea cup that was only half full. When we asked for milk to top it up it was brought out cold. They charged enough to provide a decent size & quality of coffee. You'd expect more from a hotel like this.
comfy beds and pillow selection. No room safe. Valet takes too long (average 30 mins. car pick-up). Self park garage too far from main lobby that we avoided meeting our friends at the hotel for dining and gaming. Too much walking...just inconvenient.

Comforatable large room. Pools were excellent. Being accosted by Guest services as soon as we checked in for a so called "Free Dinner", which turned into a sales speel about a presentation we should go to that would tell us about the hotels changes etc. In the end we got a free breakfast (if you can call it that) - packages muffins and Danishes, awful machine coffee (not exactly as he had described initailly). In the end it was a sales pitch about buying into a timeshare of the hotel!! Wasted 2hrs of our time and we only had a day and a half there as it was. Watch out for anyone who offers something free - as it all ends out being timeshare selling.

Great location, staff and property. The night club keeps you up all night. My bed actually vibrated, physically vibrated, from 11pm to 3:45am. Worst nights sleep ever! MAJOR Issue that needs to be dealt with!

Service was the best i've experienced in Vegas from the moment you walk through the door the valet lets the front desk know who has arrived prior to your checking in so they literally already know your name as you walk up to check in, to the countless interactions you have with the Cromwell staff. This hotel outshines the likes of the Encore! The rooms are a clean and very well designed! I'll be a repeat customer for sure!
The MO is an unexpected and beautiful facility that is everything Vegas is not. If your looking for sanctuary from the 24/7 insanity of Vegas the MO is that and so much more.

Sevice is very good. But sometimes too good just makes you uncomfortable. The room is very nice, the tub in bathroom is gorgeous. Overall, the gotel is worthy to live. Even the price is a little high, so I would recommend to live when there are some special deals.

This is an island of paradise among the insanity of Vegas. The attention to detail is without equal. There is no casino which provides a number of benefits. The walk to the room is very short, the line for a cab is non-existent, Starbucks is right by the front door, there is no line at check-in, and you are never hustled by prostitutes, pimps, or marketers. In my opinion, this is the only place to stay. It is expensive for a very good reason. In this case, you get exactly what you pay for... I found no fault with this luxury hotel. The water pressure is great, service is prompt, and the concierge is able to achieve monumental feats on very short notice.
Everything was gorgeous - the staff as well as the entire hotel. There's no casino in the hotel so it does provide a haven for when you need a break from the frenzy that is Las Vegas. The bed was awesome! Location is very central on the strip. I would definitely recommend.
The Mandarin Oriental is great for travelers who come to Vegas for a comfortable, luxurious stay and want to avoid the crowds, the smokey casinos, and the noise of the strip that is present at other hotels. The staff there is incredibly professional and courteous and very well trained. We had an amazing stay and every part of our experience was top-notch - and we are seasoned travelers who often stay in nice hotels. I appreciate too that the entire hotel was non-smoking. The prices are high, but you often get what you pay for... however I think the spa prices, even for basic services, are quite steep - such as $120 for an express pedicure.

Staff really understood customer service. Hotel was cold - food expensive and medicore at best.
The bed was very comfortable. The fridge did not have any storage room for stocking our own snacks or drinks. This was inconvenient because we brought items to stock the fridge. The bathroom sink did not work properly and squirted out toward us multiple times. We always bumped into the center table by the couch. Although the room is very large, we felt cramped by the couch area. Only one bathrobe of the two was plush material.

Beautiful facility, modern design, very well maintained and clean. We really liked the room and the location of the hotel. Negatives -- I had requested an upper level room when I reserved, but at check-in, I had been assigned a *very* low floor room -- Front Desk staff told me I could NOT change to an upper floor room because "the booking company controls the room assignment". ??? The morning of checkout, the Front Desk informed me that I could NOT have a *15 minute* checkout extension because of my "reservation type". Also, had to wait 30 minutes outside for the valet to retrieve my car. (forced valet parking -- no self-park possible at Vdara). This was on a relatively quiet Tuesday morning -- can't imagine what the wait would have been on a busy weekend.
Who needs the strip when you stay here? With a west facing room, we had the best view of the strip, and city center, without all the noise. We were only a block away from the strip, and our room offered so much more Then the traditional rooms on the strip. Having a room with the kitchen helped us save money by allowing us to bring our leftovers back to the room and heat them up. That was certainly an unexpected perk! Been able to wash my clothes before coming home save me the stress of having to do laundry as soon as I get home. It was a coffee shop and market downstairs along with the fitness room, there was nothing to miss about the strip at all. Loved staying here!
The location was perfect, one block off the strip. Walgreens is also one block away, great for stocking up on groceries and goodies. The staff here is incredibly accommodating. Rooms are rather large, with full size kitchen, and washer/dryer. This hotel does not have room service. Rather small detail.

Great accommodation, Great staff at check in, valet & porters Pools on 5th floor & roof a very nice touch. Concierge staff were not very helpful. Mae in particular was rude & not at all helpful. Only critical comment re the suite, carpet badly worn.

Great location - across the street from miracle mile entrance. excellent staff - helpful and positive. Cozy pool - food drinks and music with lots of mid day sun. Comfortable rooms - very quiet at night with quality beds. Wi fi worked also worked well. No room service, food availability is limited. Snacks were good enough for us though. Our room had a microwave which came in handy.
My friends and I (4 ladies in our late 20's, early 30's) traveled to Vegas to celebrate a birthday and stayed at the Marriott Grand Chateau. We selected this hotel because of the price ($207 per night), location (1 block from the strip and directly across from Planet Hollywood Mall/Casino), and room set-up (2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and kitchen). The rooms were amazing and we had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable, esp with the extra bathroom that we found extremely helpful when we were getting ready to go out at night. The only downfall is the early check-out time of 10am. Also liked that is was a non-smoking facility, which gave our lungs a break! Early checkout time (10am), but the hotel will hold your luggage for free.
