Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. Several reviewers also mentioned positive experiences with staff, particularly at the front desk. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, especially stained floors and bathrooms, as well as dated or malfunctioning bathroom facilities. Some guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing extra fees and limited amenities. Overall, while the location and some staff members were appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness, bathroom quality, and value.
