We are monitoring the situation very closely, and we would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added. All amenities at this property have been closed. We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the safety of guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe. The Space: Our one bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed, a couch, and an air mattress. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. Please note our neighbor smokes, there may be a slight smoke smell on occasion. Please also keep in mind we are located right outside of downtown Minneapolis, and like most metropolitan areas, we experience people from broad economic backgrounds in our neighborhood. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy! Guest Access: You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. The Neighborhood: Your location allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds. Downtown is only minutes away, where you’ll find everything that comes along with an exciting city. There are theater and entertainment venues, high-end restaurants, live-music bars, shopping, and more. While you have easy access to adventure, you’re also staying in a quiet and relaxed area, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful night after a long and exciting day of exploring. Conveniences such as grocery stores, ATMs, and additional parking if needed are also nearby. Getting Around: Getting around your destination couldn’t be easier! Minneapolis offers public transit through light rail and busing. Nice Ride, the non-profit bike-share program, is a great way to explore the city and its many parks. Given the popular location, Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible. Other Things to Note: Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. We have a strict 11am checkout. We are looking to rent out our beautifully refurbished Victorian home! 6 bedrooms - 4 with beds. Large updated kitchen with granite countertops. Gas fireplace in the living room! Hardwood floors on main floor. Radiant floor heating in basement. 55" HDTV in family room. 2 1/2 Bathrooms. There are 4 floors Master suite - king size bed & 500 sq. ft. w. full sitting area including sofa, love seat & comfy chair. 4 bedrooms on the second floor - one is an office and the other is a craft room. One has a set of bunk beds. One has a bed and trundle bed. Basement bedroom has a queen size bed with its own bathroom and shower. We have a queen size futon in the basement as well. There is a nice private backyard with a pergola, gas barbecue with plenty of sitting chairs and tables. Sleeps 10 in beds - more space/beds possible.

Home has 2 bedrooms for your use as well as a stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room. The Space: Our home was built in 1900 and boasts original woodwork and hardwood floors, while having many modern amenities. Enjoy making meals in the spacious kitchen! Then sit down to eat in the large dining room and relax in the living room while watching your favorite show with the Roku-enabled Smart TV! Bedrooms each have high quality bedding and high quality, comfortable mattresses. Pack n' play is available upon request for those traveling with little ones! Guest Access: You will have access to the entire 4 bedroom home. This is an attached home, part of a larger fourplex building- your access and space are both private. This home is two levels- all bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second level. There is a parking lot adjacent to the home and you would have one off-street spot for use. Street parking is also available. Feel free to use the washer and dryer in the basement (note that it is an old basement!) Interaction with Guests: My wife and I live close by and are available whenever needed via phone or text. We are happy to answer any questions or provide recommendations! The Neighborhood: Howard’s home is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. The home in the Midtown neighborhood- located just south of downtown Minneapolis. It is a densely populated, diverse area with a population of people from many nationalities. Our neighborhood is in the heart of the city and is a mix of homes, apartment buildings, and businesses. We are also just a 10 minute walk to the Midtown Global Market- home to many different restaurants and small shops- and a brewery! We love our neighborhood because of the many restaurants and breweries nearby as well as close proximity to other vibrant neighborhoods- and hope you love it too! Just 1.5 miles away from both Downtown and Uptown. 1.5 miles from US Bank Stadium 20 minute drive to the Mall of America and the airport. Blocks to Abbott Northwestern and Children's Hospital. Getting Around: Public transportation is very close- the house is located on a bus line and is a short walk to the Chicago-Lake Transit Center with access to multiple bus routes. Uber and Lyft are also widely available- an Uber ride to downtown Minneapolis is about $7. Minneapolis is a bike-friendly city with bike lanes built into many streets; and the Midtown Greenway is a short ride away! Other Things to Note: As the building is occupied by other tenants and guests it is appreciated if noise is kept to a minimum. The units are all non-smoking and pet free. The house is located on a busy street during the day (just a two lane local street)- primarily due to the hospital across the street and the bus line- though it does quiet down significantly at night.
