My stay at the Pension Prinz was very nice. There are modern and beautiful rooms, . It is situated not far from S-Bahn station. Sarah, thanks a lot for your hospitality. I would like to come back!
The very homely and welcoming feeling
cleanliness & size of the room, kind staff, good breakfast A little distance from city center; however, not a big problem if you have a car
Very comfortable rooms, and our hostess, Sarah, was wonderfully helpful. Normally, I think of a hotel as just a room, but our stay at the Prinz was one of the highlights of our short break to Munchen.
It was close to transport, very centrally located and very clean.
Check-in process was very easy, it was quite near the Studentenstadt U-Bahn station and the breakfast was free. It's a very new hotel, so almost everything's in pristine condition. The rooms use 6-digit codes instead of cards or keys, which is very convenient. The bathroom could have been cleaner: there seemed to be a piece of food stuck in the drain hole of the washing basin and it was creating an unpleasant smell. The room was supposedly cleaned 3 times while I was there, but the piece of food was never removed and the smell remained. I didn't mind too much because I spent very little time in the hotel, but it gave a bad impression nonetheless.
The rooms were great. The hotel was modern and environmental. Breakfast was good. Subtitles on TV.
The hotel was cheap and relatively close to the university area of Munich. The hotel shares the building with the Mac Donald's and gas station. And it is located in a very strange area.
Close to Ubahn station and then 10 minutes drive to the city center. Staff is impolite a bit. Atmosphere is "cold". I arrived on Sunday, 3 pm. Had to "talk" to machine in order to pay and got some kind of code for entering the door. Very very frustrating because nothing worked at first! Breakfast also overrated (6 euros!!!) Cleaning stuff couldn't say a word in english neither german (?!) -could at least learn how to say Guten Tag!
I liked high-tech service (code for the door and garage). Very good buffet breakfast. I don't like and protest really that there is only one thin cushion on the bed. It is not possible to sleep normally. It is not possible to sit in the bed and watch tv.
-only password for room entry, no need a card, incoming call directly to room (without via telepone operator), easy for wifi connection. bath room is not comfortable .
Close to the nearest U-Bahn station 10 min walk. breakfast was fine. all in all the hotel was pretty good for a bigger group to stay in. wouldnt recommend to a couple who want a romantic hotel though. When we went to the hotel they said that the reservation was not valid /it had been cancelled. then some explanation about credit card not working etc. It worked fine though when tested. Basically clear overbooking and not even admitting to it. we got rooms, but not excactly the kinds we had reserved. price was same though.
rooms are very nice, very comfortable and parking is not a problem since there is a garage under the hotel Some of the rooms are turned toward the street and the gas station in front of the hotel and this could be a bit noisy in the morning
Good breakfast selection; easy & swift check-in; quiet location. Easy to reach by u-bahn & walk or U-bahn & bus. Hotel policy must accomodate to receive urgent packages from UPS / Fedex. No place to keep luggage before check-in.
The hotel quite clean, not so far from subway. Actually good. It looks more like yourth hostel, then real hotel. Shared WC and shower was a bad surprise.
Good service and very good experience very close to the u2 and some S-Bahn
Nothing Room in this hotel in besment, kitchen and bathroom share 4 room or 10 peopels. it's not hotel it's hostel
Everything was good.
Clean, space room. Warm. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi. Very strange: hostel is in a kindergarten cellar.
