Check in was the worst
Staff, Danielle, tried to make up for the rude, unhelpful staff. She was great.
Room not ready at 3:00pm which is listed as the check in time. Desk person was rude and made us feel like we were at fault for being early. Told her we would wait in the lobby for our room. She went off duty and didn't pass on the message. Put the wrong room number on the paper check in form. Didn't get in our room until after 4pm.

A pleasant experience in Napa
Convenient location (in town would be nicer, but for the price it's hard to argue with a few minute drive). Large, clean room, good bed, excellent shower, lots of convenient parking. Really, nothing to complain about. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Great location, very friendly staff!
We arrive late and had missed the wine reception but the receptionist gave us 2 glasses of wine we could take up to the room. She then provided us with tons of information and recommendations. We took her recommendations and do not regret it one bit, for ashort stay in Napa I feel like we got the best of everything.

No-frills but great place
For being a no-frills type of hotel, I was very impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and they even have a pool. Considering most visits to Napa include busy days wine tasting and evenings spent trying new delicious restaurants, I don't find that I need much more from a hotel than what the Napa Winery Inn has to offer.
