Staff were super friendly and helpful. Facilities could stand some improvement. The elevator was broken, which meant I had to haul everything up the stairs. Then the stairs too were not in great shape. The room was beautiful and spacious. However, the bed (and pillows) was extremely uncomfortable. Did not have a good night’s sleep at all.

Pros (+) Staff, Danielle, tried to make up for the rude, unhelpful staff. She was great.
Cons (-) Room not ready at 3:00pm which is listed as the check in time. Desk person was rude and made us feel like we were at fault for being early. Told her we would wait in the lobby for our room. She went off duty and didn't pass on the message. Put the wrong room number on the paper check in form. Didn't get in our room until after 4pm.
