We got the car very quickly and staff at the front counter was great. Dropping off was also really fast and easy and staff was friendly.Reviewed 1 Jan 2024

Pros:The staff was happy to see and serve me. Good customer service.Cons:Even though I called ahead, there were no full-sized trucks on the lot when I arrived. They had to get one from some auxiliary lot and drive it in for me. The truck they grabbed had not been properly cleaned - filthy steering wheels and side windows so dirty that I could not see the side mirrors. National made up for this by giving me a free day of rent (refund), and a deep apology from the management. So I will try them again next time.Reviewed 18 Dec 2020
