How close we were to NYC, the shuttle van. Value for the money. Bed sheets were dirty.
Very good location. Breakfast.
It was a good location. And shuttle arriver every 10-15 min to NYC. Breakfast wasn't any good. Motel's room had a clogged sink.
Location in to new york was fantastic, as we had a bus every 10 minutes. We stayed there for 12 days, after a week had to request bed sheets to be changed. Towels were at times stained with dirt marks.
Really appreciated that Kayak lets you pay in advance for the room. I was buying it for my son. Good value, decent cont. breakfast, friendly staff, close to shopping & public transportation.
Location was great, right off the expressway with a lot of close stores. Asked for a roll away bed, which I was told they offered for $15/ night when I booked. Was given a mattress to lay on the floor, at the full $15/ night. Housekeeping was poor, found quite a few items around the bed on the floor that were not ours.
very hard to find,it is right of the FreeWay,very noisy, bus service going to NY is poor, got to walk.Read the review for this Hotel, it was over rated
Frequent buses to Manhattan just in front of the hotel, hotel equipement (iron, Wifi), price. The breakfast could be better. No buses from nyc to hotel after 12:40 am (even earlier on Sundays).
Complimentary breakfast No airport shuttle
After "researching" so many hotels,We decided to book this hotel .Previous reviews helped us a lot in selecting this motel. We stayed there for 06 days. This is one of the "best hotel" for a budget concious traveller.Excellent in cleanliness..Especially the bathrooms. We enjoyed the stay.Keep it up super 8 !!!!!!! Breakfast serving area is very congested. It will be better,if you can provide more space for the same.
It's close proximity to New York by public transport breakfast
The shuttle service into NYC was easy to use and we enjoyed our trip. Difficult to drive in and out the shuttle didn't drop I you in front where it picked us up but still not far
I have no complaints whatsoever and I liked the quality of the hotel. Also it was very clean and organized. I did not like the location. It was very difficult to do anything if we did not get into the highway. Also, they need to include more Breakfast. It was very poor with food.
The cost was extremely reasonable. Free parking. Free breakfast. The room was old. The attempted remodeling was performed by someone who had no idea what they were doing. The mattress could be used as a torture device was hard and lumpy. Located in a less than desirable area. Lots of traffic and noise from that traffic.
The worst cleaning staff. When as to change the sheet and pillow cover, they got so mad and starting to talk loud/argument. Room was not up to the standard and linen were soiled and were not changed.
The overall cleanliness was great it just did not feel very welcoming and the check in process is to crowded for such a small entrance. Did not really see much of the staff but the lady at breakfast was nice. Just in my opinion needs to be more of a welcoming environment. Definitely did not get that feeling
I was attending a seminar and it was very close to where it was being held. Hotel was extremely noisy at night due to being right on Rt. 3. Picture on website looked much nicer. Room was dated.
Bed was comfortable Pretty dirty. Run down bathroom
Bare essentials. At times had to ask staff to repeat what they had spoken due to their heavy Indian accent. Parking available at $15.00 per day. I understand a friend called me but the call never got through. (a phone was in the room) Address was correct but entrance is NOT. Found entrance on side of building.
Location - Very close to Journal square and in the middle of Indian restaurants. Flexibility - Hotel staff did everything to ensure our stay was pleasant. Room carpet was slightly worn out.
Proximity to Journal Square Station and restaurants.Hotel room was clean.Full value for money.Staff was friendly. No
Well the hotel is in pretty good location accessibility wise. Within 30 mins from Journal Square one can reach into the midst of NY city using public transportation. Staff was very friendly and room was as expected with the amenities what we paid for. Air-conditioning and cleanliness can be better but these weren't a showstopper.
Good for the price. Clean. Very friendly staff. Near by the subway station. Air condition is very close to the bed.
It was a cheap and close place to allow you to drive to the city. Free wifi. It was very run down.
Staff at least. Everything. There was nothing to like about. I did early check out and booked another hotel rather than keep staying there that is how terrible it was. Comforters are like those were never washed after purchased. Horrible experience just horrible.
The staff was amazing and welcoming Beds and shower slightly dirty
