Got a car after waiting longer than an hour for it as the process is totally manual - calling the dispatcher to locate a car I ordered days before (who really saved the day and did a fantastic job in balancing out the incompetence of process and the don’t care attitude of the front desk person). When I got the car it was on empty - what the heck? I then ended up paying 340$ on top of the 170$ I had signed up for - never again!Reviewed 29 Apr 2025
