I never rented the car. Went in at my 4pm reservation time and there were 5 individuals/families in front of me. Waited 30 minutes; no one had been given a car. I asked the sole attendant what the issue was and he said there were system issues. He suggested I come back in 30 minutes. I came back an hour later. 3 of the 5 individuals were still waiting. I gave it another 30 minutes and at 6pm I told him to cancel our reservation and I walked over to National. I had a car in 15 minutes.Reviewed 11 Dec 2025

The rude worker at the counter made us uncomfortable. He told us multiple things that were untrue in an effort to get us to pay for a more expensive vehicle and to purchase additional options and insurance.Reviewed 1 Dec 2025
