Pros: The Auberge Saint-Antoine was like nothing else! My husband and I just got married in NYS Saturday 11/16/19 and we headed up for a mini-honeymoon to Québec City. We ordered a bottle of wine and a meat and cheese board to have upon arrival. That was set up beautifully and they even put on music for us which was a great touch. The staff were super helpful, the valet was incredibly friendly. We had breakfast one of the days at the restaurant and the service and food was exceptional! Being walking distance from the most beautiful streets in Québec City was even better. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants. On our way out they gave us a book of the history of the hotel for spending our minimoon there, as well as delicious cookies. We will most definitely be back here again!! What an amazing hotel and experience.

Cons: We didn't have anything to dislike. Hotel meet our needs and more. We were in the old town and it was easy to walk to everything, there were plenty of places around for eating etc. We didn't know about self serve laundry until we got to hotel which for us was a bonus. Only thing was if someone had trouble walking the floor plan is uneven with the odd step to go up and down depending where your room was, but it was only 1 step to go up or down.

Pros: The location is perfect for tourism in the old city. The bell staff took care of our car and luggage efficiently and were very helpful. They park in the underground lot below city hall right across the street. You can self park at lower cost but the lot fills up. Hotel is old but very well maintained.
Cons: Our room was very small. But everything worked well and it was clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff (they solved a payment issue in a matter of minutes over the phone, which was a great relief). There is a luggage locker, great for visiting the city on your first/last day. The area has some shops and cafés.
Cons: The bathroom was very small (like one person can turn around and that's all). Despite having an air conditioner in the room, there seemed to be no way of controlling the temperature, and as the window was small, it could become stuffy and warm very quickly in the room. The room was great, but if I had to book again, I would pay for the bigger and better-equipped lofts. A bit far from the old centre (still walkable, or an easy commute with public transports)

Cons: Charging mistake. After one day we left the hotel ,we got a message of charging from the bank. And now, I even haven't got any mail or message from the hotel. It has been 2 weeks from my first mail to the Marriott. They are too busy to check the reason.

Pros: Convenient location where we can walk to downtown and most tourist sites. We had dinner in the nice revolving restaurant on top (La Ciel) and the food (and views) were really good.
Cons: The little "epicerie" in the lobby is a little sad, and the nearest grocery store was a significant walk away. Difficult to provision ourselves.

Pros: Comfy bed!! A room with a great view on the Château Frontenac!! WOW!!
Cons: Nothing! All good!! Just needed a little finishings on their Christmas decorations!! The trees outside were all lobsided and most lights didn't work!! And the lobby was a construction site!!

Pros: The location was spot on. Short walk to everything. Great staff and very helpful.
Cons: As this being in downtown, the parking is very tricky. There is underground parking for $25 a day if you stayed in the hotel.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Bed was super comfortable and location was great- convenient walk to old town plus Plains of Abraham steps away so kids could run around.
We also enjoyed a great brunch at the revolving restaurant in the hotel. We will be back.
Cons: Some of the furniture a little tired- specifically worn easy chairs, but seem left there because they complement design. Could use reupholstering, and pool was nice to have but water was a bit cloudy, and walk to dressing room chilly and used as a storage room. It was nice to have on a rainy day, but not super. Also, water a bit deep for kids, so combined with cloudiness, I was in particular alert.

Pros: Spa bath was nice. Customer service was excellent. Loved old stone walls. Great location!
Cons: Lobby too small especially as check-in for 3 hotels. Relaxing area was nice, but printer failed to print. New SMART TV's pixelated, froze, and were extremely slow.

Pros:
Cons: Room was not in hotel I reserved. Room was noisy, cramped poorly laid out. It was not in the hotel I reserved and paid for and I was told when I checked in to go down the street, up an alley and into another hotel with a shabby, noisy room. After one night I left and hotel refused to refund my prepaid second night.
