Customer service and staff were very friendly. Both cars I received were dirty with spilled drinks and what have you on door seats and console. Left over food in door bins damage not reported by previous renter and after tell someone about was not noted and I am being blamed for the damage. Hard to get a hold of a person live on the phone. 1888 number kept telling me to email. Roadside was not available when needed had to wait til the next morningReviewed 4 Aug 2022

I didn't like anything. The worst rental experience I have ever had. They will not communicate with you. I basically would have had to cancel my trip if I didn't take the car they provided. Not the one I needed. Got a flat tire. No spare and no way temporary fix the flat. Didn't have the tires on the car that they said they had. Run flats nope no run flats.Tire was taken car off Now the car hasn't been returned for 10 days and No communication. I dropped off at the correct time. So they are charging me for it sitting daily. I wasn't in an accident. And yet mysteriously they don't answer phones or reply to emails.Reviewed 11 May 2022

Desk was closed when we finally got there early in the morning—so no way to pick up the car. Unacceptable interaction with phone customer service. No attempt to make things right because of our inconvenience. No way to contact the local desk at all. Now they insist that I returned that I returned the car to San Francisco when I actually returned it to Phoenix. I would recommend you take them off your platform. They did not have the car I reserved, which wasn’t such a huge deal, more a disappointment. What was really upsetting was that I had requested two toddler seats to safely transport my 3 year old twins for 4 days. I even called the week before my trip to confirm that they would be able to accommodate and the confirmed that they would. When I got to the counter, I was told that they only had one booster seat available. When the supervisor ELIZABETH was asked how she expected me to drive with children if the seats weren’t available, she shrugged her shoulders and said “well, one of them could use this booster seat.” The customer service was horrendous, she didn’t offer any suggestions other than to go find another car rental dealership, and was dismissive of child safety laws.
