Cons: I can't really say there was anything I didn't like about the hotel. I did a lot of research on hotels in toronto, and this was the highest rated and for good reason. If you're on the fence, go with Shangri-La

Pros: The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Every person we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. It was amazing.
Cons: For the price, and this could take into the prices for hotels in the area, I didn't think that the room was worth the price. The view was ok and the overall hotel room was ok. Not fantastic which is what I would expect for the price point.

Cons: It felt like a budget hotel, and the price did not match. The building is very stuffy. Room was hot and stuffy when we got in, they told us the AC is motion activated and will kick in once we move around in the room. So that meant at night when we’re not moving it stopped working? I was really hot at night. We were also very disappointed that there was no movie channels on the TV.

Pros: My boyfriend and I came for our 6 year anniversary. We wanted to explore Toronto, so we came early. The staff was amazing! When we got there, they let us have an early check in and explained the parking and amenities very well. The hotel is in the perfect proximity to everything in Toronto. We will be staying there again upon our return.

In the heart of downtown and right around the corner from Massey Hall, the Cambridge Suites was withiin walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The suite was spacious and offered every convenience. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens clean and crisp. The room was very quiet and the staff was most accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.

It's not easy finding a 4-star deal downtown, but this was definitely one! Everyone was kind and answered all our questions. Staff throughout the hotel was inquisitive and helpful. Parking on site and not too bad of a price. Highly recommended!

Pros: I compared alot of hotels for our long weekend visit to Toronto. The Cambridge seemed to offer the best value as far as price, location, and you get a suite not just a room. The room were clean, and recently refurbished. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very firm, but we prefer it that way. The hotel has a strictly enforced no noise policy, which is something we appreciated. We were able to get the rest we needed after very full days taking in Toronto.

Cons: The temperature in the room was a little on the warm side. Not uncomfortable, but we would have preferred it a little cooler. Weather outside was in the 90's. Turning the thermostat down did not seem to help.

Pros: First time staying in a Radisson property and exceed my expectations even before arriving! 5* Customer service, friendly and effective comunnication by email and at check-in. We were visiting the city to celebrate a special occasion and they were very kind to offer us a free upgrade. Also, they honoured all our requests, high floor, rooms next to each other. So we were delighted! Rooms were spacious, clean and with lovely views to the lake. Location was also great, a short 10 min walk to the CN tower. Our coffee machine stopped working and HK replaced it immediately.

We were completely blown away by this gesture as she did not need to do this. Will definitely use the Hilton again,hopefully we will travel to Canada once this has all passed and experience the holiday we should have had. This hotel is very central for everything,room was very comfortable and the restaurant downstairs did a great vegan breakfast x

Cons: This hotel was rated as a five star hotel. We've stayed at this hotel before, but this time we were given a 1 star room. Very old, furniture was old and nicked, curtains were unhemmed and dragging on the floor and therefore dirty. Staff was friendly.

Cons: I didn’t like that I was interrupted of my stay because of a fire in the building. Room smelt like burning smoke. The halls were filled with smoke and I couldn’t breathe. I left my room because everyone was coming out and a lady’s room next to mine was flaming fire out her window. I was scared for my life and thought I was going to die. Make matters worse I was standing outside in the cold & pandemic in my hotel slippers for 2 hours (9:30pm-11:20pm) freezing. I also I was scared because a lot of people were there during COVID and police weren’t concerned about social distancing at the time and hotel didn’t do anything about it after I called countless times and said after my 2 hours wait outside to “wait in hotel lobby” where there was even more people in there! I want to know if I can get reimbursement or good will because this is unfair, unacceptable and not what I paid for. Please get back to me on this.

Cons: We had to change rooms. The receptionist a ( Ryan) couldn't care less and told us they had no rooms. As soon as he left, a very nice young lady (Sandra)offered us another room which was renovated. All this running around was not worth the stress. Thanks to Sandra for making our stay nice. Too much dust . Corners were not really wiped up especially under the bed.
