Overview Reviews
Unlike traditional budget accommodation, our guests enjoy all the mod cons: free fibre Wi-Fi, well-appointed conference facilities, 24hr café, en suite power showers and sublimely comfortable Sweet Beds in every room. We've also created a warm, welcoming bar area (complete with pool table for the sharks) for relaxing with a glass of something refreshing. Our building is surrounded by all the conveniences you might need but honestly, you'll find everything you need right here under one roof.

6.0 Good
Pros: Loved the bed best ever. Loved the breakfast great quality food. Waitresses and staff very friendly. Room décor nicely done
Cons: I knew there were renovations and I felt they were coping due to this however you need to put only a Very SMALL CARPARK and give alternative options. Lastly rooms 302 & 303 needed the shower sorting as the temperature got stuck and reception had to come and sort it out after I was totally scalded on arms and body after diving out of the shower which went HOT too fast! my colleague was lucky as I told her to use the towel to adjust if button got stuck and it got stuck. We were assured this was being fixed so if you are in that room check the temperature don't move it too much in case it will get stuck. No real concern was shown about scalds so was a little angry but thankfully arms calmed down throughout day and no blisters etc. We didn't eat evening meal went to ROCCA Italian around the back of hotel. Would I stay again yes I'd give it another go as bed and décor modern and I feel they will get there!
