Customer service was very bad. As soon as they found out I am a local renter and not a traveler their attitude changed and made me feel uncomfortable even though I had all the documents they needed. I don’t understand why?

Pros:

Staff was friendly, professional and service was very efficient. This was my favorite HERTZ location to have ever gone to. I’ll choose this location every time if I can. I appreciated the selection and prices too.

Cons:

These reservations are a scam. They don’t have any trucks or cars. Call before you show up because in our case they didn’t have anything for us, or the other people who were waiting. There was a 10 person waiting list for cars that weren’t even there. Total bonanza.
