The location is off airport so we had to take 2 shuttles from LAX to pick up the car. Other than that, things went smoothly as it should. Price was more reasonable vs several other big rental companies. Staff were friendly and helpful. Be aware that your rate can change if you drop off early. I dropped off a few hours early to stand by for an earlier flight and my rate went up by $50. I thought I did them a favor by returning the car early 😅 Luckily they corrected it for me. Cars were in good condition (2025-2026 model). Customer service was very responsive and prompt. Overall good experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent at LAX.Reviewed 25 Jun 2026

Overall it was great. The drop off at the Downtown location was very confusing though. We couldn't find the location and didn't know that a Sunday drop-off was considered after hours. We ultimately drove the rental to the LAX location and paid the additional $50 drop fee.Reviewed 23 Feb 2026
