Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access restaurants, bars, and city attractions. The service was frequently described as friendly, attentive, and accommodating, with several guests noting helpful staff and thoughtful touches. Many appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, especially in upgraded or main building accommodations. However, some reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, discrepancies between photos and reality, and a lack of value for the price paid. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was positive for most guests, particularly due to the location and staff.
