Mojacar has over ten beaches of fine sand and clear, blue waters. The Playa de la Marina de la Torre and Playa del Cantal are Mojacar's most popular beaches, both equipped with facilities such as lifeguards, showers and 'Chiringuitos' selling snacks and refreshments. The largest beach is the Playa de las Ventanicas, suitable for watersports such as jet skiing, wind surfing and beach volleyball. Protected beach areas such as Playa Macenas provide excellent views of rocky headlands and volcanic formations. There are many walking trails set up around the coastal cliffs which lead to secluded coves and inlets.

The Old Town of Mojacar is lined with winding cobbled streets filled with magnificent buildings and monuments. The church of Santa María and the Plaza de Parterre are just a few examples of the stunning Renaissance architecture in Mojacar. Food enthusiasts will find plenty of restaurants offering traditional Andalucían dishes, fresh seafood and delicious tapas. By night there are many outdoor terraces to enjoy a cool drink whilst listening to live music.
