Pros:Staff was very friendly and were accommodating. But when I reserve a vehicle, I expect that vehicle to be there, ready to go. Don’t tell me that I have to wait 30t to 45 minutes for my vehicle to be “approved”! Whatever that means. It’s already a long day traveling with a baby.Cons:What I said above. Cons:Have a car for the customer. I booked a car online and when I got to rental I was told there were no cars available for me. So I have never even renter from Ace Car Rental and expecting to receive a full refund.Reviewed 27 Dec 2019
