10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was more than anyone can want from B&B Very clean, very comfortable Beautiful spot with peace and quiet
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hosts are absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. Also very helpful when we got a little lost! The room was beautifully decorated and we were very comfortable there. Can't fault the room!
Cons: On the first morning, I was woken at 7am by people talking loudly and doors closing loudly. I was shattered from driving several hundred miles the day before and was due to do the same again, so getting woken so early and being unable to get back to sleep wasn't great. Other than this though, I really can't fault the b&b and would still return!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: * super friendly staff * great breakfast * nicely decorated rooms * comfortable beds
Cons: * shower was old and could not get cold water * remote location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything.
Cons: Really there was nothing we did not love
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was nothing not to like about our stay at Carndaisy. A friendly welcome on arrival, the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with a comprehensive menu including home made scones, pancakes and of course a full cooked option. All types of dietary requirements were catered for. Location was quiet and peaceful, there is a conservatory to sit in watch Red Kites flying over the adjacent fields and to sit and read or chill in the evening so you are not 'confined' to your room. Linda & Dougie are fantastic hosts and I wouldn't hesitate to return to Carndaisy for another stay.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners were very friendly and warm. I literally can't describe how amazing they were. The facilities were newly renovated and everything was spotless. Price for the season and the room was unbelievable. If you consider that a drawback the only problem is that you need a car to get to the house, but on the other hand we were traveling to the Highlands so it didn't cause us any trouble. Breakfast was lovely and everything was fresh. We are definitely going to come back again.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and the bedrooms ( at least mine) was spacious. The food was good-a little above average in price as was the wine and a good choice for breakfast.
Cons: Not a lot for the price-but a few pointers. My room was on the ground floor with hens and two very friendly dogs but I could not open any of the windows so it was a little stuffy. The bathroom was adequate but needs to be replaced soon. No wifi in my bedroom (not a problem for me) and no TV or radio either, again not a real problem but might be worth bringing something with you ( I used my Iphone radio app) and I don't think there was a communal room with a TV either.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A warm & friendly welcome of the young owners. You can ask them whatever you need. They work with passion. Nice spacious room in a nice 17th century house of the McKenzie clan. Dinner was great and afterwards a nice local whisky (from nextdoor) in the bar. Lovely Scottish breakfast.
Cons: The pressure of the shower wasn’t high.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Character and very helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Bathroom and shower was a trickle.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The location and the staff
Cons: No TV in the rooms. The rooms were very old and dated, and looked like an old granny’s house that had not been cleaned or updated in decades. The bathroom was old, dirty, and shabby looking so much so I didn’t have a shower and left as soon as I could. Water in reusable glass bottles, which is great for the environment but I didn’t know what was in it, if it had been tampered with, or how long it had been sitting there! And why no TVs!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff were lovely and everything was very comfortable and clean. Just what you want for a quick stay in a hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Like a Jane Austin novel! Wonderfull
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed this charming hotel, very welcoming staff and typical british comfort. With its large windows, the room was spacious and bright, despite the scottish weather. Dinner was absolutely absolutely delicious, scottish breakfast perfect. A very family-like atmosphere, much appreciated. We'll come back!
Cons: Nothing really I wish I'd have more time to spend at Ord House Hotel: that's our only regret, having enjoyed the place only for one night on our road trip to the Hebrides...
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I traveled with my pet and she was made very welcome and the surrounding grounds were just what my dog needed.
Cons: The shower drained slowly took a while to drain
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The external of the building is very nice. The rooms, bar and lounges very nice and comfortable. William the host is very friendly as are all the staff.
Cons: A small bar fridge would have been handy.

4.5 Okay
Pros: I did not like the property. It looks nice from the outside. We were put in a back room in the annexe, frequented by tradesmen who are working away from home by the looks of it.
Cons: See above. The room was very dated. The hairdryer and the alarm clock were so old that the white plastic they were made from was yellow. The views from our window were of a car garage and a pile of rubbish at the back of the hotel.
8.0 Excellent
