Pros:Nothing.Cons:Picking up the car took forever. The first car they gave me was due for service and said low oil so I had to exchange it for a different car. The exchange process took forever! Then the second car reeked of cigarette smoke, but I didn’t have time for another long exchange process so I just dealt with it. It was very annoying to drive such a smelly car the entire time. Both cars also had extensive body damage, which is pretty unusual for a rental car. The drop off process also required me to go inside, which I am not accustomed to. I found that very frustrating given that I needed to catch a flight. I’ve never had an issue with Budget before, but this experience made me never want to rent from them again.Reviewed 30 Jun 2021

Pros:The agent at pick-up was fantastic; very friendly and helpful to a a derp like me who hasn't rented a car in 7 years.Cons:Directions for the drop-off procedure were abysmal. Again, I am not a regular renter of cars so other more experienced renters have the procedure down pat. Some signing in the office lobby and some directions on the rental paper would have made my experience 5-stars.Reviewed 25 Jun 2021

Cons:Everything. We did not get a car. The first one provided, has issues. The second one they did not give use because of engine issues. I was traveling with a stroke patient who had to stand I. The sun while we waited in excess of an hour.Reviewed 8 May 2021
