#1 The line isn't a bother to get the car. But I've never experienced a line to pick up the car. We got our reservation and waited in line, in 90° heat for 20min. #2 I was charged twice. I was told my credit card didnt go through. IMPOSSIBLE, so we run it again. Again im told it declined. So I pull out my debit card and she says, it went through. Then once outside I see I had been charges on my debt card and credit card. The exact same amount. #3 I could have sworn I had prepaid for the car. Only to be charged again at the counter. The vehicle kept being changed, Twice, and each time the rental increased. The explanation was mechanical issue with then original car. Which makes no sense since there are multiple version of the car and car class on their lot. Then upselling toll tags cheaper options exist but were not presented and when questioned said they dont exist. Having traveled most of my professional career i knew differently, but due to the circumstances, a family emergency, i had to go with their deal. The wait time for picking up the vehicle was ridiculous. My reservation was for 6pm and I got there around that time. I waited over an hour for the vehicle to be cleaned and ready. Got out of the lot close to 7:30pm. I returned the vehicle around 9pm. Came to find out they charged me 3 extra hours because the vehicle was due at 6pm. But they didn't discount the extra 1.5 hours that took me to pickup the vehicle! The vehicle was comfortable.Reviewed 5 Sept 2024
