Cons: The whole experience was overshadowed by the fact we had to wait for 1.5 hours in a dark parking lot for our car to be available. Not ideal after an 11 hour flight and a long customs queue, and sitting in a car park in the dark wasn't the ideal start to our honeymoon.

Cons: Shuttle ride when your beat tired is a bummer. Overall went smooth once on rental site. Plus it is LA where you must get used to crowds and rude drivers.

Cons: Someone was dropping me off to pick up a car and that was hard to figure out.

Cons: Dropoff Location seemed a bit sketchy. The actual yard itself was fine, but surrounding area wasn't ideal. I realize that land is scarce near LAX but I would not want my wife or kids to drop off at night.

Cons: Missleading price.. Total price at first said 230$ but was actually closer to 400 with some «must have» insurances and fees for being under 25. Surprisingly nice vehicle though.

Cons: They forced on me buying a full tank even if I explicitly told them I didn't want it, because "it was part of the deal" -- except the fact that then I reread the coupon I had and it was not like that. My car had a missing parcel shelf.

Cons: Car smelled bad from cigarette smoke and the return to the airport was very slow

Cons: Very slow old check in procedure. Poor customer service. Didn't disclose that they run a credit report if you use a debit card.

Cons: I collected the car, and the man at the desk had added $110 dollars worth of added extras without asking me. I spoke to customer service and they told me i'd have to go back, when I did so the woman was rude and disrespectful. She told me the manager could fix this problem but he doesn't want to, and told me I 'gotta do what i gotta do' in reference to complaining to my credit card company. She went on to tell me the added extras were actually compulsory under Californian law because I have an English accent. Finally when I thought there was resolution after making some fuss and noise, they closed the booking and reopened a new one with an inflated day rate and all of the extras added again, and also changed the drop off point to a different location. The worst service I have ever had.

Cons: I have hired cars all over the world during my travels but never been bare faced lied to about 3rd party insurance. My credit card covers me for insurance and has worked out fine on 4 different continents so I didn't want to buy any further insurance. "CJ" at Advantage told me, and I queried with him to make sure he chose his words carefully, that it was 'obligatory'. It is not. I wish that I had seen the other reviews before booking as it is indeed much wiser (and will probably end up less expensive) to use a reputable company instead.

Cons: Terrible service, waited over an hour in line to pick up car. No apologies, seemed like business as usual to the staff. Car was filthy, clearly not clean for several weeks.m Avoid this place at all costs!

Cons: No sense of urgency for customer. Waited in line to pick-up for 45 mins because the process was so slow. Not enough agents. Waited for a shuttle from LAX for 30 minutes. Just overall lack luster experience.

Cons: The big exception was that I was not told how to pay for the toll road and so I am still unsure if I payed for it correctly.

Cons: Had to self inspect and report damage to car before left lot. That should be tracked by rental place before customer picks up. Had to wait in line for nearly 2 hours on pickup. Very frustrated customers, rental desk was understaffed for holiday weekend. Would rather pay more with another company than wait for 2 hours

Cons: Shuttle service did not pick up every 10 minutes. It didn't seem like any employees cared when asked by multiple customers.

Cons: When I tried calling the desk when I first arrived, nobody would answer the phone. That was not a good first impression.

Cons: First car had the entire side view mirror ripped off. Refused it immediately in the parking lot and got a new one without any apologetic attitude. Seems like they could care less about the car or the customer for that matter.

Cons: I arrived at EZ-rental car place at noon on Sunday. At first I couldn't believe what I was looking at. So many people were waiting at the lobby and even I couldn't find where was the line start. It was chaotic...I waited there for almost two hours to find out my booked SUV was not available... I was offered Kia Optima instead..and ended up to rent a Toyota Corolla.. There were no refund the difference to gave me the smaller car but they gave me free gas instead.. On the way back to the Lax airport, I was the only passenger of the EZ-rental shuttle, but the driver forgot me to take me to my terminal and tried to go back to the rental car place after picked up some gusts. It was not EZ at all. I don't recommend this operator. They told me that the normal waiting time on weekday is 40min. Please search on google map, you will see the photo with long line some people uploaded. The car I drove was OK. Thanks TOYOTA for making such a nice small car. That was an only help.

Cons: I paid $440 and got no car, because I went to pick up the car one week late! Watch out for carrentals.com prepaid plan, they will charge you upfront and won’t even let you pick up your car a few days later than planned!

Cons: Another tipical rent a car company whose main purpose is cheating their clients. My best advice is avoid to rent a car with these scammers.

Cons: Never got the rear-view camera working, and BMW's controls (esp the gear shift) took some getting used to.
