We had a 4 hour drive to our destination. After 1 1/2 hrs the low tire light came on, as well as some other service lights. The van almost stalled, would not accelerate a few different times which was obviously a driving hazard. It was an automatic transmission, so this should not have occurred. When are returned the van after we drove back from the far west coast at the end of the trip, the rental staff was not bothered or concerned. The customer service was horrible and so frustrating.

Closed at 11 PM so we could not pick up due to delayed flight. Charged extra for out of state driving. Pressure to buy insurance although we did not need it.

Close at 11:00 - flight was late so were unable to pick up car. Went to pick up next morning and decided not to rent from them due to uncommunicated add-ons. Pressure to buy insurance despite credit card coverage. A additional charge for driving out of state!!

Very sketchy situation getting the car, they wanted me to add an unlimited mileage fee as I didn’t have a return flight and was in town for training., I already understood it was unlimited mileage and it clearly said so in my confirmation email, not from easyrent.. To me this is pretty much fraud.. Very strange facility, I was the only customer and it was a very small lot amongst many abandoned/shutdown businesses. Lots of flies, might’ve just been that day. They were helpful getting into a more fuel economic car though.

I didnt get to rent the car because when I got there, there was no more vehicles in the size I chose or smiliar to it. And there were many others that were also booked for a car they had no availability with

The only thing wish we knew it was off site and we had to wait in the heat for the shuttle bus was not a fan and with a little one it was not fun. The overall when we got there was easy process and everyone was friendly and offered us water.

Driver pickup for FLL drove fast and stopped abruptly…was not a comfortable ride. The vehicle was perfect for us.

Car was dirty, had flat tires, gas was half way, over charge me for a “mandatory” insurance that doble the price of the rental and only covered the tires and the windshield.

I will never use easyrent again. The transit driver was unprofessional complaining about the weight of our suit case. Well I’m sorry you are 20 yrs younger than me and I lift it w/o problem. The wait for customer service was insanely slow. I was first in line and waited 30 minutes. The vehicles fuel tank wasn’t full and the car was very dirty. The drop off was fine. Again with the transit driver bitching about suit case weight, sorry find another job.

Hidden fees ($25/day to go out of state), slow shuttle service, unclean car (smelled like smoke), long wait to pickup car and forced liability insurance from Easirent even though I had my own insurance coverage.
