The deposit for the car was 3,000usd which you had to let them charge you on a card and then refund later. The process was unorganized and took so much longer than necessary. There were tons of hidden fees they required as well so the price of the rental on the website was actually less than the total price I had to pay.Reviewed 7 Nov 2024

When I landed, I called to pick up the rental car and was just told they had no cars left and that I needed to contact corporate to get a refund. The agent was very blunt and didn’t offer any real apology. I was left stranded with a 7 month old baby. We ended up having to pay $50 for a taxi to my hotel and the next morning got a rental car from enterprise costing us $280. My original reservation was meant to be $140 For the entire week. I will not risk booking a car again through Economy. I am now having to work with another agent from corporate for a refund and it has just been so much more work.Reviewed 3 Nov 2024

Would have liked to have known that they do not have a shuttle waiting for passengers but they are on call only. It was cold, raining and windy and had to wait until I pulled up my email to call the customer service number and then be told going to be another 15 minutes before someone came for us.Reviewed 22 Oct 2024

There was little to no information on how I should find Economy. When I called, the man tells me that 'you know that we don't have your car' and it would take an hour to get my car. How would I know? But if you don't have my car, then I'll take another car from the lot. So I travel to the lot after an Uber takes us to their lot. He meant to say 'we have no cars right now, no idea when we'll get any cars, you may be 2nd on the waitlist, so if any cars do become available, they will be distributed first come - first serve, and I'll be happy to give you your money back now so you can find a rental car for the weekend' instead.Reviewed 22 Oct 2024

I guess I should've known economy means cars not good, it got me around but I guess I got my wish but the car seemed rickety and about to fall apart, with approximately 71,000 miles what do I expect, but I really shouldn't bad mouth the company because hahaha I may use it again, sorry for telling the truth!!!!!Reviewed 21 Oct 2024

I had TWO separate bookings, with multiple confirmations. When I got there, the young women at the counter was extremely unhelpful & told me she can’t do nothing for me. The most bizarre and worrisome car rental experience. I would never rent here again and no idea how this business model works as I can't imagine anyone wanting to business there. Very unprofessional and they take so many pictures of the car before and after and try to sell you way overpriced insurance. A total scam! Make sure you have collision insurance personally to avoid this scam! Better yet, pay more for a real rental car company!Reviewed 8 Oct 2024
