Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful. Car was niceCons:The shuttle service is lacking compared to other car rentals. Customers arriving from other countries may not be able to call them for a pickup. Pros:What I liked was the staff. They worked hard to remedy the situation while explaining what went wrong in the web booking. Their team effort to make it right for us was very appreciated. I know in the future that I can trust this company to do the right thing.
