When I returned the car, I was given a receipt which showed that I owed CAD 477.99 From looking at the charges, it states that I had a prepayment voucher for CAD 1496.25 This was never discussed with me - in fact the rental agreement has this amount of 477.99 scribbled out by the AVIS service person So I was indeed surprised to find that on returning the car, I was charged this amount. Make sure to take pictures of the vehicle, any noticeable damage before you even drive it. Then provide those photos whenever you drop it off. There was damage on my vehicle if I did not document them I would have been charged for it. Other than that, everything was good.Reviewed 14 Apr 2024
