I was suppose to have mid size SUV. The rental company did not have any cars on hand. After an hour of waiting, i was told that they only have 1 toyota corolla on hand. That car was too small for my family, but I had no choice but to take it, as I had to leave my hotel, and had fairy tickets purchased prior to that day. We had to have the luggage placed on my kids legs for the 2 weeks , which was the entire duration of the trip when driving. I will never use that service again, as I am very dissapointed with the service thta was provided.Reviewed 12 Aug 2026

All was good. Was served quickly. The car they gave me was pretty good. The only reason I would give 4 star is because they didn't give me a car with a full tank. I don't like getting a half tank car, and then having to try and fill it to that level. I ended up returning full, so hopefully the next guests keep it at that.Reviewed 27 Jan 2026

We were pleased with the price and the vehicle was clean. Drop off was a breeze. But we did not realize that the car would have to be picked up far away from the airport. We waited more than half an hour for the shuttle because the number we called to request pick up had an automated service that failed to inform a live person that we were waiting. We had to call a second time to talk to someone. Also, the car had a lot of cosmetic damage to the outside and was not the kind of car we had reserved (Camry).Reviewed 9 May 2025

There was garbage in the glove box from a previous renter. I specifically booked an SUV to accommodate people, luggage, and a baby stroller that I'd be picking up from the airport, and was instead given a compact SUV. It wasn't big enough and the rental company told me I could have a Corolla instead, which was not a good joke. They said the compact SUV was a "similar category" as the one I booked, but it was clearly not what I booked or what I needed. Because of the size issue, I ended up picking up only some of the people from the airport, and had to send the rest on the train into town.Reviewed 7 Oct 2024
