One way rental. Awesome service at both locations. Best car rental service experience I’ve had! Highly recommended.Reviewed 30 Sept 2026

Great, the manager fixed what Kayak did. For that we are great full. Kayak showed a different car for Economy price. When we got to enterprise, the car was nowhere like the picture. They had the exact car in the parking lot but they considered that one SUV price. So it was false advertisement that drew us in and the Manager gave us a car that satisfied us for what Kayak did.Reviewed 30 Sept 2026

I was very happy with Enterprise with the ease of the rental to the price of the rental and I was able to be picked up and brought back home when returning the rental. Thank you!! Eunice PerryReviewed 29 Sept 2026

Our experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was excellent. The staff at the Glasgow pick up were efficient, kind, and realistic. They made it a very positive experience and put our minds at ease. The drop off in Edinburgh was just as great an experience. We felt the staff were genuine, kind, and helpful.Reviewed 28 Sept 2026

Horrible Customer service at pickup. Tried to put me in car two classes below ordered without saying anything. Assistant manager took certain glee in this. Not offering any other of the limited options. Wouldn’t have minded paying the delta and ultimately did so only to be placed in car with smell that permeated all clothing. Purchased febreeze to mitigate which improved things but all suit clothes. Dropoff went well. Car worked as expectedReviewed 26 Sept 2026
