Horrible experience, the required insurance added $1000 to the rental. The vehicle was in very poor condition, with dents and scrapes all over it. The check engine light and tire pressure warning lights went off constantly, and the USB port did not function, which was the recommended method for navigation (via phone).Reviewed 8 Nov 2025

I enjoyed my rental car with budget. It was a good value and the car was clean. Drop off was easy and convenient. The center is a decent ways away from the airport but the shuttle was a good option. I had a to wait longer than I would have liked for my car to be ready (30 minutes) but when I picked it up it was clean and washed.Reviewed 7 Nov 2025

I did not like it at all. Kayak is only a front runner for another corporation that takes your money and I never got a car when I got to my destination and I haven't gotten all my money back yet. I did not understand that you're not really going to kayak kayak is just looking for cars for somebody else who may or may not get your car for you. I didn't like the experience at all and I never got my money back from kayak. I only got partial funds back from a corporation called QEEQ there you go.Reviewed 6 Nov 2025

Drop off at St. Pete airport. Charge was higher than told at pick up in Georgia. Dropping off vehicle signs pointed me to budget. There was no customer service there although all of the other rental agencies had one. I wandered around looking for budgets. I went into the airport to budget.
