I would first like to say the workers at the enterprise at syracuse airport were very nice and helpful. The day i went to pick up my car, it was insanely busy. there was truly not enough staff, which is more of a management problem. But the car i received had a tail light out and even though it had been “cleaned” it reeked of weed. the carplay cut out multiple times as well. but they were already so busy and selling out cars i couldn’t go without a car for my vacation.Reviewed 11 Jul 2026

Because I didn't pick up my vehicle within the 29 minute window it was given away. I was then left without a vehicle to take on my road trip for the 4th of July weekend holiday. Absolutely terrible customer service and no follow-up call by the manager.Reviewed 9 Jul 2026

Nothing, as always Enterprise goes above and beyond. I was even a few minutes late and they waived the fees for me. Little gestures like that build a loyal client. Great business sense. I paid more for Enterprise than I could have at Avis and will continue to do that.Reviewed 8 Jul 2026

I knew the holiday was going to be busy, so I booked early to get the type of vehicle I wanted. When I arrived i was waited on in a timely manner, but the salesperson walked back and forth as if he was looking for something missing. Then he came back to me and said that the vehicle I ordered was not available. and grab a set of keys to a minivan. I explained to him that we are tall people and would not be comfortable in a minivan. I was then told that that was the only option available. even though there was a vehicle on the lot like I ordered. I was told that that was the premium SUV option and I only ordered the Full-Size SUV. If you don't have what you ordered and booked ahead for, they should offer something comparable or better not lower and less expensive. I booked this with some discounts that I had built up so when I was forced to take a lesser vehicle they charged me the lesser day rate, but I lost my discounts. So, all in all, it was not a pleasant experience.Reviewed 7 Jul 2026
