Ridiculous! Be aware that this office at the Burbank Airport closes at 9 pm - and offers no option for an after hours pickup. They only allow a 12 hour window for late/delayed arrivals, and are unwilling to transfer reservations to the Fox office at LAX in this situation, which is open until 12:30 am. Very poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere.Reviewed 25 Aug 2024

Pros:Staff was friendly.Cons:It required two stops from the airport to get to the car rental. It took forever to get the car — and we were the only ones there. They have an ancient system for paperwork I haven’t seen used for decades. The car itself was older, with high mileage (70,000) and dings and scratches all over.Reviewed 12 Apr 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly at ticket counter, but difficult for staff at the car sight to come out of the booth to help. The car was old, and wobbled when I drove. I did not feel safe. Unlike the other agencies where they do not care about scratches in the car, this agency had marked off all the scratches. This made me uneasy that if there was a scratch I missed upon checkout I would be accounted for. The checkout garage was dark and difficult to see.Cons:Safety of car.Reviewed 8 Apr 2021
