6.0 Good
Pros: the room on the first floor. Much more comfortable than the first room we were given.. Breakfasts. The management quickly gave us a different room when we complained.
Cons: The first room we were given was handicapped accessible. The heat lamp in the bath room didn't work correctly. It was on for 30 seconds and then off for 30 seconds. The shower was arranged so that there was no way to keep the floor dry. The shower head was supposed to be removable for accessability but totally came apart in my husband's hands. There was not enough shampoo for 2 people. The manager called before we really got settled in the room to ask if everything was all right. We have never had that happen before. I think she knew there were problems with that room before she gave it to us.

Pros: It was very clean/
Cons: We liked the whole experience.
5.0 OK
Pros: It was close to where we wanted to be.
Cons: It was extremely noisy. We heard kids all night long. The front desk person was not very friendly. When I booked this hotel , it said we would pay when we got there. That was as not the case. We wanted to use a different card to pay for the room.
10.0 Excellent

7.0 Good
Pros: It was clean comfortable nice hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Price/value/location for my travel destination.
Cons: They are remodeling the lobby and dining areas, so it was a little dusty in the old tavern room that they shunted the breakfast operation into. It'll be fine when their construction process finishes. Sadly, Freeport looks a bit more tired every year.
7.0 Good
Pros: My room was remodeled nicely.
Cons: The rooms have no microwave. Breakfast was ok! No meat in the breakfast buffet. Beds are not secured to wall. I was at the 7tb floor near the elevator. There was garbage under the ice maker. No one ever picking it up in the two days I was there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They prepared a bag of water, fruit and energy bars in the morning for their guests. This was beyond my expectations.
Cons: The parking lot was not maintained for the snow storm which occurred that morning. I almost got stranded in the lot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Breakfast was great! Complimentary coffee bar!
7.0 Good
Pros: I liked the lobby, pool, and the room. All were clean and comfortable spaces.
Cons: I was staying at this hotel as an out of town wedding guest. I had called in advance to ask for early check in. When I arrived at noon, they said no rooms were available, but would call me when on was. They did not call. I barely made it to the wedding.

6.0 Good
Pros: The room is clean and comfortable. The staff has mostly been friendly and helpful. The location is convenient.
Cons: The different front desk people had different understanding of policy. We booked the first night through Kayak, so it was pre-paid. We ended up needing to add another night, so we did that at the front desk when we checked in. The desk clerk scanned my credit card for it, said that took care of everything, but since the second night was a separate reservation, we should check at the desk in the morning to get our key cards renewed. When we came back to the desk in the morning, the new clerk insisted on scanning the card again. I showed her the transaction from the night before and told her what the first clerk said. She said the first clerk was mistaken, and we had only paid the charge for incidentals, which was the same as the full room rate plus fees, and we still had to scan again to pay for the room. She said this was "policy," nothing she could do, so sorry for the inconvenience (how many times have I heard that? Insincere as ever). She said the block for the incidental charge would be removed 3-5 business days AFTER WE CHECKED OUT. How nice. So if we need the money in the meantime while we're traveling, for lodging or food or other such apparently non-essential items, too bad for us, as long as this hotel is protected. Do I feel blindsided? You bet. Am I ticked off? For sure. Will I stay here again? Not likely.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: rate of room easy to get too
Cons: hot tub not working smoking on my floor

Cons: The room smelt like my grandma's ashtry. There were cigarette burns in the carpet. The pillows, under the cases were yellow. I had to sleep above the covers with my clothes on for fear of catching something.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I just don't know what to say. The first room I was given , had no way to shut the door easily I had to throw my shoulder into the door and still the lock would not lock. The extra swing bolt was broken off. So how would I (a woman) be safe.
Cons: The second room smelled of B O . No shampoo only conditioner. Advertise breakfast at 6am , I went down at 6:15. Breakfast room was dark. I stopped at Dunkin . Never again.
