Cons:
Office needs to be mopped, walls cleaned and repainted. Front door handles gummy and dirty. They sprayed for covid but they need to be deep cleaned.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Very friendly and helpful staff especially at pick up but also at drop-off. Upgraded the car without any difficulty and were very glad to have a larger car (Camry) for a long trip. Plenty of trunk room-fit two large suitcases and a smaller one as well as a couple of backpacks.Cons:
I was originally told I could be picked up as long as the pick up point was within 2 miles of the rental place (Fullerton) so I arranged to be picked up but the morning of the pickup when I called to change the pick up time, they had no record of agreeing to pick me up at all!2.0 Poor

After making my reservation with Hertz, they told me they do not have any cars for that price. I would need to upgrade to a SUV for triple the price if I wanted a car that day.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
staff was very friendly and helpful. when I needed to extend my car rental reservation they had no problem extending it for me on the phone.Cons:
They just need to be more informative about certain details. example: if you return the car after the time you picked up the car than you will be charged an extra fee or another day.10.0 Wonderful

The staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. This was my first rental experience that I actually got a better car than the one I reserved—my previous 3 rentals had nowhere near the car reserved, even after confirmation the day before. To top it all off, the drop off could not have been any easier, and I was able to keep the car longer than anticipated. We will be going to this particular enterprise for all my rentals in the future.Cons:

The customer service was poor. Employees treat customers like numbers without any care and rushing through the paperwork without properly explaining. The car was extremely dirty on the inside and it was advertised that they now have added cleanliness but I did not see that.10.0 Wonderful

The vehicle we used was a jeep grand cherocke, we drove the car a little more than 1000 miles. So a car with better gas milage would havr been nice. But i think the jerp we used averaged apptoximately 21.5 mpg, so i cant complain too much.6.0 Okay

Pros:
The staff did not notify me that they had no cars eventhough Kayak.com allowed me to book online. But, i was notified 2 hours before I was suppose to pickup the car to drive to my flight.Cons:
Kayak and Budget need to figure out the rental inventory before allowing customers to book. And the system should also allow ample time for the potential customer to resolve the inventory booking error.2.0 Poor

Pros:
Pick up took very long as they were quite unorganized. Drop off was a nightmare- they were supposed to be open by 9:30am and I waited until 12 noon (which was my drop off time) and they did not open their business. There was no one there yet they had a line of customers waiting out in the cold.Cons:

I was schedule to pick up the car on 11-22-18 at 8 am, they said they didn't open until 10am, I was there at 10:30am and waited an hour and no one ever showed up to give me the car. I never got to use the rental car.9.6 Wonderful
